Job Description### **Nocturnist opening in Fargo, ND**Located in Fargo, ND - Minneapolis/St. Paul ~3.5 hoursFull-time; PermanentEmployed### **Overview:*** Seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician* Family Medicine candidates must have at least 1 year of hospitalist experience or completed a hospitalist fellowship* Join a strong, collegial hospitalist team with 20+ physicians and NP support* 140-bed hospital with closed ICU* No procedures required* Access to specialty support and 24/7 intensivist coverage* Patient care includes cross coverage, admissions, and tele-hospitalist responsibilities* Three nocturnists scheduled per shift* Nocturnist schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM* 7 on / 7 off scheduling with flexibility* 1.0 FTE equals approximately 19.2 weeks per year---### **Requirements:*** Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine* Ability to obtain North Dakota medical license---### **Compensation & Benefits:*** Base salary: $369,942 plus additional incentives* Bonus, quality, and production-based compensation opportunities* Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage* 401(k) with employer contributions* CME and professional development support* Flexible scheduling options* Generous paid time off* Wellness programs supporting physical and mental health---### **About the Area:**Fargo is a vibrant and growing community located on the border of North Dakota and Minnesota, with a metro population exceeding 200,000.
