- Experience: Recent inpatient experience required; new graduates considered
- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour

- Provide high-quality pediatric emergency care in a busy, 30-bed ER serving nearly 55,000 patients annually
- Collaborate with Pediatric Emergency Medicine physicians, hospitalists, and subspecialty teams to deliver seamless patient care
- Engage with child life specialists and social workers to support children and families
- Participate in teaching and mentoring residents, fellows, and medical students
- Utilize full scribe coverage to optimize efficiency and patient interactions
- Coordinate care transitions with ICU, CVICU, and NICU teams as needed
- Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
Required:
- Valid medical license in Nevada or eligible for licensure
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Recent inpatient or emergency experience in pediatrics
Preferred:
- Experience working in a busy pediatric ER
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Passion for teaching and mentoring
