Job DescriptionInternal Medicine opening in Livingston, TNLocated in Livingston, TN - Nashville 90 miles, Knoxville 110 milesFull-time; Permanent Overview:* Seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician* 100% outpatient practice with established patient base* Schedule: 4-day work week (4x10s) or 5x8s option* Clinic hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM* Call: limited to own patient panel (primarily home health after-hours)* Average patient volume: 24-28 patients per day once ramped* Join a team of 3 physicians and 3 NPs* Dedicated MA or LPN support* Hospitalist program handles all inpatient care* On-site services include lab, X-ray, ultrasound, and bone density--- Compensation & Benefits:* Base salary range: $240,000 - $280,000 plus quarterly wRVU production incentives* Sign-on bonus ($30K) and relocation assistance ($10K+)* Student loan repayment assistance* Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage* Retirement plan (401k)* CME allowance ($5K) and paid time off (25+ days)* Malpractice provided (including tail)* Established practice with strong patient demand--- About the Area:Livingston offers a welcoming, family-friendly community with a low cost of living and scenic surroundings.
