Overview:
Our well-established outpatient internal medicine practice near Tampa is seeking a Physician to provide full-spectrum primary care for an adult patient population. This role offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, relocation assistance, and a competitive salary within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team.

Position Offers:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Competitive salary: $230,000–250,000 per year (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient histories and comprehensive physical exams, including well visits, sick visits, and annual physicals, for new and established patients
• Develop and implement individualized diagnosis and treatment plans using evidence-based guidelines
• Provide preventive care services, including screenings, immunizations, and risk factor modification counseling
• Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, COPD, and cardiovascular conditions through ongoing follow-up and treatment adjustment
• Prescribe and manage medications safely, monitoring for efficacy, side effects, and adherence
• Coordinate care with specialists, hospitals, and ancillary providers for seamless, integrated patient management
• Communicate clearly with patients and families, explaining diagnoses, treatment options, and care plans
• Document all patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the EHR

Qualifications:

• Active, current Physician (MD/DO) licensure in Florida
• Experience in a well-established or high-volume internal medicine or primary care practice, including care coordination for patients with multiple comorbidities, preferred
• Familiarity with quality improvement, population health, and telehealth or remote patient monitoring tools preferred
• Bilingual communication skills preferred
