2 The provider must be able to provide 100 case logs right away.
The provider should have availability in December and moving forward to support ongoing coverage needs.

Per hospital policy, providers are required to wear hospital-issued scrubs while on duty.
Regarding nails, hospital policy requires natural nails only. "Artificial nails" are defined as any material applied or added to natural nails to augment or enhance the wearer's fingernails, including wraps, acrylics, extenders, overlays, gels, tips, or any item that is glued to or pierced through the nail. Artificial nails are not permitted.
