Job DescriptionOBGYN Opening in ChicagoLocated near West TownFull-time, hospital-employed positionExperience Required Position Overview: * Schedule: 16–20 hours of general clinical time (≈16 hrs clinic, 3–4 hrs surgery)* Labor: One 24-hour restricted labor shift per week (post-call day off)* OB/GYN Mix: Slightly OB-focused, with flexibility to adjust clinic time for surgery* Average Deliveries: 7–12 per month per physician* Clinic Volume: ~20 patients per session* Robotics: Available; experience preferred but not required* Call Schedule: Generally 1:5 * EMR: EPIC--- Compensation & Benefits: * Base Salary: $350,000 (two-year guarantee)* Earning Potential: $350,000–$425,000 with productivity* Sign-On/Relocation: Available and negotiable* PTO/CME: Standard system benefits; $3,000 CME allowance
