- Duration: Ongoing / February start preferred
- Shift: Call coverage, 7am Thursday – 7am Monday (weekly or bi-weekly basis)
- Hours/Week: Flexible based on schedule
- Employment Type: Full-time/Contract
- License/Certs: Indiana medical license preferred; clean NPDB; local provider preferred
- Experience: Prior surgery/General practice experience preferred
- Hourly Rate: $1.00/hour

- Provide general surgery coverage at a busy healthcare facility
- Participate in call rotations, ensuring patient care continuity
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams
- Manage and evaluate surgical cases according to facility protocols
- Support hospital operations with surgical procedures and patient follow-up
- Maintain compliance with all licensing and healthcare standards
- Active Indiana medical license preferred
- Clean NPDB report
- Existing local provider or willingness to obtain local credentials
- Experience in surgery or general medical practice
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
