- Experience: No minimum required
- Hourly Rate: $30.42/hour
- Pay Package: Competitive pay packages, weekly pay schedule via direct deposit

- Support: 24/7 dedicated team committed to your success throughout your contract
- Provide inpatient urology care and support in a hospital setting
- Conduct rounding daily and manage patient cases including scrotal, endoscopic, and general surgery support
- Participate in coverage two weekends per month, including Thursday–Sunday shifts and an additional Friday–Sunday weekend
- Assist in rare trauma cases and perform procedures using standard equipment
- Collaborate with a team of physicians and APPs to deliver high-quality patient care
Required:
- Board certification or eligibility in Urology
- Wisconsin license or willingness to obtain licensure
- Ability to work 4x24-hour shifts (07:00 - 07:00)
Preferred:
- Experience in inpatient urology care
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
