- Provide consultative urology care to a diverse patient population
- Manage patient visits and treatment plans in the hospital setting
- Support patients in Chambersburg, with phone call coverage in Gettysburg, Waynesboro, and Fulton County Medical Center
- Collaborate with hospital staff and coordinate care via EPIC EMR system
- Perform follow-up and urgent evaluations as needed
- Maintain high-quality, patient-centered care during 24-hour shifts
- Ensure compliance with hospital and licensing requirements
Required:
- Active PA license and DEA registration
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Minimum of 2 years of urology practice experience (preferred, but new grads with strong communication skills considered)
- Excellent communication and patient management skills
Preferred:
- Experience with EPIC EMR system
- Ability to work independently with minimal support
