- Perform core procedures including cystoscopy, prostate procedures, ureteroscopy, and vasectomy
- Manage patient consultations and office visits using EPIC EMR system
- Supervise and collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
- Support occasional pediatric urology cases and emergency call duties
- Utilize robotic surgical technology in procedures when applicable
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and standards
Required:
- Board Certification/Eligibility in Urology
- Pennsylvania Medical License or equivalent via IMLC LOQ
- DEA registration
- Minimum 1-year professional experience in Urology
Preferred:
- Experience with robotic surgery and core urological procedures
- Ability to supervise advanced practice providers
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented approach
