Jefferson Health is seeking a board-certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join our growing Concierge Primary Care Practice in Center City Philadelphia.

This is an opportunity to practice primary care the way many physicians envision it-developing meaningful, long-term relationships with patients, spending more time during visits, and managing a smaller patient panel within a highly personalized care model.

The position offers:

• Small patient panel designed to support highly personalized care

• Extended patient visits allowing more time for meaningful physician-patient interaction

• Monday-Friday schedule, with in-person office hours from 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

• Collaborative support from nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff

• Direct coordination with Jefferson specialists for patients with acute and chronic conditions

• Opportunity to focus on preventive medicine and wellness

• After-hours phone availability and in-basket management with support from the care team

• Practice location in the heart of Center City Philadelphia

What You'll Do

You will provide comprehensive primary care and wellness management within a concierge model, developing strong relationships with a select group of patients while coordinating their care across the healthcare continuum.

The ideal physician will bring excellent clinical judgment along with the communication and interpersonal skills necessary to build a high level of trust with patients.

Qualifications

Candidates should be:

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• Licensed or eligible to practice medicine in Pennsylvania

• Committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience

• An excellent communicator with a relationship-focused approach to medicine
