Primary Care Physician - Delray Beach,FL

We’re currently seeking an experienced Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join an established Primary Care practice in Delray Beach, FL. This is a great opportunity for a physician looking for a stable Monday–Friday schedule, strong clinical support, and a competitive compensation structure with long-term earning potential.

• Specialty: Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Board Status: Board Certified preferred; Board Eligible may be considered if taking boards soon
• Patient Population: Primarily geriatric — approximately 70% age 65+ and 30% age 18+
• Patient Volume: 20–25 patients per day
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Call: No call
• Saturdays: No Saturdays
• Support: Dedicated Medical Assistants and additional office support staff
• Environment: Stable, physician-focused Primary Care practice

• $250,000–$300,000 compensation
• Year 1: Productivity bonus
• Year 2: 45% of net revenue
• Year 2+: Shared savings opportunity
