Product Manager 5 Contingent (Product Owner Observe-to-Agent Platform)

Location: Charlotte, NC

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite Required)

Contract Length: 6 Months (Strong Desire to Extend and/or Convert to FTE)

Pay Rate: $59 -$63

Top Requirements

7+ years of Product Management experience

Experience leading enterprise-scale AI, automation, or digital transformation products

Job Summary

In this contingent resource assignment, you will serve as a senior Product Management leader responsible for defining, scaling, and operating the enterprise Observe-to-Agent (O2A) Platform, a strategic AI-powered capability that converts video-based process observations into executable agentic workflows and automation solutions.

This role sits at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Automation Engineering, Process Intelligence, and Enterprise Transformation. The Product Owner will define long-term strategy, roadmap priorities, governance requirements, adoption plans, and operating models that support enterprise-wide automation acceleration.

The successful candidate will partner with executive leadership, Data Science, AI Engineering, Platform Engineering, COO Technology, and business stakeholders to enable innovative AI-powered automation capabilities across the enterprise.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Vision
    • Own the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Observe-to-Agent platform
    • Define enterprise-scale operating models supporting Observe capability adoption
    • Establish strategic direction for: Video-to-Code Automation, Agent Creation Pipelines, Process Intelligence, Agentic Workflow Generation
    • Align roadmap priorities with enterprise transformation objectives
  • Enterprise Capability Ownership
    • Define and scale enterprise Observe and Agentic capabilities
    • Drive adoption across multiple lines of business
    • Develop reusable enterprise patterns for: Process Capture, Automation Discovery, Agent Development, Workflow Translation
    • Manage capability maturity and business value realization
  • AI & Automation Product Management
    • Lead product strategy for: Multimodal AI, Agentic AI, Large Action Models, Generative AI Solutions, Workflow Automation
    • Define requirements for: Semantic Understanding, Ontology Generation, Knowledge Graphs, Workflow Automation Engines, Structured Insight Extraction
    • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and integration opportunities
  • Observe-to-Agent Value Stream Management
    • Partner with COO Technology and SkanAI teams
    • Define the end-to-end transformation value stream: Observe, Analyze, Optimize, Run
    • Ensure seamless transitions between process capture, insights generation, and automation execution
  • Governance, Risk & Compliance
    • Define enterprise governance standards for AI-enabled solutions
    • Establish controls for: PII Redaction, Safe AI Usage, Model Governance, Compliance Monitoring, Change Management
    • Implement guardrails supporting responsible AI deployment
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Lead collaboration across: Product Teams, Data Science Teams, AI Engineering Teams, Platform Engineering Teams, Business SMEs, Skan Configurators
    • Drive alignment between technical and business stakeholders
    • Prioritize enterprise delivery objectives
  • Product Delivery Oversight
    • Support delivery of capabilities including: Multimodal Ingestion, SOP Generation, Semantic Graph Construction, Workflow Translation, Agent Execution Validation, Multi-Agent Orchestration, Process Intelligence, Automation Discovery
  • Enterprise Change Leadership
    • Develop onboarding and adoption strategies
    • Establish release management and change governance frameworks
    • Partner with operational teams to identify automation opportunities
    • Help translate manual processes into enterprise automation patterns
