We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Repair Station Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of an FAA Part 145 repair station. This role involves planning, directing, and monitoring daily production operations across maintenance and component work areas, ensuring full compliance with all applicable regulations and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the FAA Part 145 repair station.
- Plan, direct, and monitor production operations across assigned maintenance or component work areas.
- Assign labor, tools, material, and equipment to support efficient workflow and timely delivery.
- Review work progress and production schedules to identify and resolve operational delays.
- Ensure compliance with FAA, EASA, CAA customer, internal quality, and safety requirements.
- Maintain regulatory manuals, training programs, certifications, and audits.
- Lead, supervise, and develop maintenance, inspection, and administrative personnel.
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other departments to support production goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as schedule performance, labor efficiency, and cost control.
- Manage production schedules, workflow planning, manpower allocation, and quality standards.
- Promptly address production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Promote a strong culture of safety, compliance, accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and manage key commercial relationships.
- Coordinate with leadership on strategic planning, business expansion, and capitalization efforts.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.
- Support employee coaching, development, training, and performance management.
- Ensure timely and compliant delivery of products to customers.
- Foster a collaborative, respectful, safety-conscious, and performance-driven team environment.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor's degree in aerospace or aviation, engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum of five years of experience supervising teams in an aircraft component or products maintenance facility.
- Minimum of seven years of aviation maintenance experience, preferably in an MRO or similarly regulated environment.
- Repairman Certification and ability to qualify as the Accountable Manager for the repair station.
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical documents, maintenance manuals, drawings, and schematics.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with performance metrics, scheduling, and resource management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of FAA 14 CFR Part 145 and associated regulations.
- Strong working knowledge of aviation maintenance processes, quality systems, and operational best practices.

Work Environment
This position operates on the first shift, Monday through Friday. The role will be based at a brand new facility located at LaGrange airport.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Lagrange, GA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00/yr. Benefits to be discussed during interview process
