Job Description:

Seeking a customer-focused Project Manager to oversee and execute small to medium-sized projects within budget and schedule while maintaining positive cash flow. This client-facing role is responsible for driving project success, customer satisfaction, quality assurance, and safety while coordinating cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and customers throughout the project lifecycle.

Manage, oversee, and coordinate small to medium-sized projects from award through completion.

Develop detailed project implementation plans based on customer requirements.

Translate customer needs into actionable project scopes and deliverables.

Communicate project requirements and status updates to internal teams and customers.

Maintain accurate records related to project status, changes, material flow, and reporting.

Coordinate procurement of materials, supplies, services, and controls required for project execution.

Establish project milestones, monitor progress, and analyze project costs.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.

Build and maintain strong client relationships and customer satisfaction.

Support subcontractor selection, management, and oversight as needed.

Lead project teams and facilitate collaboration across departments.
