Job Description

Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to final delivery. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment. Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely completion. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and contracts. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 5+ years of experience with a general contractor. Bachelor's degree in construction field required. Experience leading and assisting on commercial construction projects. Positive attitude & able to effectively communicate. Success driven. Exemplifies good leadership qualities and characteristics. Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, materials, and local subcontractors. Previous mentorship experience is a strong plus.
