Job Description

• A behavioral health organization in Monroeville, Pennsylvania is seeking a Psychiatry Medical Director for a flexible hybrid leadership opportunity.
• The Medical Director will be onsite one day per week to provide patient care, attend meetings, and support clinical leadership. The remaining responsibilities may be completed virtually based on availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric patient care during the onsite day
• Attend clinical and leadership meetings
• Oversee psychiatric midlevel providers
• Support providers completing daily rounds across Detox, Residential, PHP, and IOP programs
• Report to the organization’s nationwide Chief Medical Officer
• Collaborate closely with the facility CEO
• Schedule
• 1 full onsite day per week
• Approximately 6–8 hours onsite
• Remaining responsibilities may be completed virtually based on provider availability

Compensation

• $300K–$400K
• Compensation is flexible and prorated from a full-time salary based on the number of hours worked each week
