Public Companies Attorney

McClure Harrison, a NALSC-certified lateral recruiting agency, is partnering with a valued repeat client on the search for a mid-to-senior level associate or counsel with substantial public company reporting experience.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced and entrepreneurial attorney to join a highly regarded mid-size law firm recognized for its sophisticated and diverse client base, collaborative culture, and strong platform that fosters professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience advising public company clients on SEC reporting obligations, including periodic and current reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and proxy statements.
• Counseling on disclosure requirements, corporate governance matters, and Exchange Act compliance.
• Managing client relationships with sophistication and some degree of independence.
• M&A experience is highly desirable.
