This is a strong opportunity for an experienced employment attorney to join a highly regarded mid-size NYC law firm known for its sophisticated client base, collaborative culture, and genuine flexibility. The firm is open to both full-time and reduced hours arrangements — a rare find at this level.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of employment law experience
• Strong employment counseling background, including handbook drafting and policy development
• Litigation experience is a plus
• Excellent written and analytical skills with the ability to serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders
