Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Port Angeles, WA
Position Type: Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP
Assignment: Through June 2027
Schedule: 37.5 Hours/Week | Monday-Friday
Pay Range: $30-$35/hour

We are actively seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a supportive school district in Port Angeles, WA. This full-time opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact by providing behavioral support to students across Kindergarten through 12th grade.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct behavioral support to students in accordance with individualized behavior plans
Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies under the supervision of a BCBA or designated school staff
Collect and document student data to monitor progress
Support students in developing positive behavioral, communication, and social skills
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to promote student success
Foster a safe, structured, and positive learning environment

Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
Experience working with children or adolescents in a school, clinic, or behavioral setting preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Passion for supporting students with diverse learning and behavioral needs
