Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Resident Care

We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide care exclusively to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting. This role is focused on delivering high-quality patient care while ensuring resident comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate care to residents, addressing their physical and emotional needs.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal assistance.
• Monitor resident health and report any changes to the medical team promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of resident care and concerns.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident care outcomes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to providing an exceptional resident experience.

Schedule and Availability

This position requires a commitment to a full-time schedule, with a productivity expectation set at 90%, encompassing 40 hours per week. It is essential to be available for shifts starting in early October.

Location

Positions are available in various facilities located throughout the region, specifically in multiple locations across major cities.
