• Engage potential candidates to discuss MLR opportunities and determine their interests
• Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for more in-depth discussions
• Follow up with leads to keep them engaged and support their hiring journey
• Ensure accurate and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Obtain commission based on the meetings you arrange, interviews that occur, and hires stemming from your efforts
