Your Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to promising healthcare candidates using our unique platform alongside your network
• Introduce MLR opportunities to potential candidates and assess their interest
• Facilitate meetings between candidates and our recruiting team for in-depth evaluations
• Keep in touch with leads to nurture their interest and guide their hiring journey
• Ensure accurate records are maintained in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on your efforts in setting meetings, conducting interviews, and securing hires from your leads

Compensation Structure

This is a performance-oriented, commission-only role. This means that there's no limit on your earning capacity or your achievements.

You'll be compensated based on tangible contributions:

• Commissions for each successful meeting set
• Additional earnings when interviews take place from your outreach efforts
