Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointments for candidates with our recruiters to conduct thorough screenings
• Follow up with leads to sustain interest and guide them through the hiring process
• Keep accurate, up-to-date records in our tracking system
• Earn commissions based on the meetings you schedule, interviews that take place, and hires made from your network

Compensation Structure
