Job Description

Manage Walmart and Sam's Club remodel projects across NC, SC, and TN. Lead daily site operations, safety, quality, and schedule performance. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders. Ensure projects meet client standards, budgets, and deadlines. Travel between project locations with typical assignments lasting 3 months.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Retail Superintendent should have:

• Experience as a Superintendent on Walmart, Sam's Club, or Publix projects
• Background in retail remodels and/or ground-up construction
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Southeast region
• Ability to work night shifts when project schedules require
• Walmart certification highly preferred

What's on Offer

$95,000-$105,000 base salary + 10% annual bonus

• $40/day per diem and $165/week vehicle allowance
• 401(k) with 4% company match
