Job Description

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure project objectives are met.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors to maintain workflow and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on-site.
• Monitor project schedules and adjust as needed to meet deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with the Superintendent and project team to address challenges and provide solutions.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Support the Superintendent in managing resources, equipment, and materials efficiently.

• Experience with construction project management and on-site supervision.
