Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state certification or eligibility as a School Psychologist
• Experience with psychoeducational assessment, individual and group counseling, and behavior intervention planning
• Strong skills in data analysis, report writing, and communication with students, families, and staff
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with special education processes and IEP development

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct appropriate psychological assessments to determine students' needs and strengths
• Analyze evaluation data to help guide educational planning and eligibility decisions
• Deliver evidence-based counseling services individually or in groups
• Collaborate in designing and monitoring behavior intervention and academic support plans
• Offer consultative support to teachers and families regarding student interventions
• Document all activities and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing expertise in mental health and learning differences
