Qualifications and Experience:
- Must have certification or licensure as a School Psychologist (state-specific requirements apply)
- Prior experience working with K-12 students is strongly preferred
- Understanding of educational testing, assessment, and counseling strategies
- Effective communicator with students, school staff, and families
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable collaborating in a multidisciplinary educational setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results to guide educational planning
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to support student success
- Participate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 plans
- Provide short-term counseling and crisis intervention as needed
