What you’ll bring:
- Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure in Pennsylvania
- Previous experience supporting middle and/or high school students
- Strong knowledge of assessments, interventions, and counseling techniques relevant to adolescent development
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to design effective student support plans
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- The capacity to adapt strategies to varied student needs and learning environments
- Comfortable managing a caseload of 25+ students across two schools
Role highlights:
- Provide direct and indirect psychological services to students at one middle/high school location
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and interpret assessment data to guide educational planning
- Collaborate with educators and families to create IEPs and other intervention strategies
- Deliver individual and group counseling, social skills training, and crisis intervention as needed
- Assist in developing behavioral intervention plans and positive behavior support systems
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
