Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid Minnesota School Psychologist certification or licensure
• Demonstrated experience with IEP development, goal-setting, and Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs), utilizing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Strong understanding and ability to apply state and federal regulations about school psychology services
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, students, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive psychological services including assessment, direct intervention, consultation, and support for students
• Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of IEP goals and PBSPs, ensuring alignment with FBAs and district requirements
• Offer expert consultation to educators and families regarding behavioral and academic interventions
• Work collaboratively with school teams and administrators to maintain compliance and promote positive student outcomes
• Stay consistent with legal and ethical guidelines as established for special education and school-based psychological practices
• Adapt to both in-person and virtual service delivery as needed to meet assignment demands
