Key Qualifications:
- Must hold or be eligible for valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with elementary-age students preferred
- Knowledge of best practices in student assessment, intervention strategies, and behavioral management
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to interpret and present assessment data clearly for interventions and educational planning

Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational and behavioral assessments
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and Positive Behavioral Intervention Plans
- Serve as a resource for teachers, staff, and parents regarding students’ academic, social, and emotional development
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation to address student needs
- Interpret assessment results and make recommendations for instructional strategies and accommodations
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and participate in team meetings and student planning sessions
