What we’re seeking:

• Valid School Psychologist certification or eligibility for credentialing in Washington State
• Experience working in a PK-12 educational setting (preferred)
• Strong evaluation, assessment, and counseling skills
• Ability to develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) and related documentation
• Familiarity with multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) and response to intervention (RTI) models
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify learning, social, and behavioral needs
• Interpret test results and share findings with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Design and monitor effective interventions and supports
• Counsel students one-on-one or in groups for social-emotional or academic issues
• Support the development and implementation of IEPs and behavioral plans
• Consult and collaborate with school staff to enhance student outcomes
• Promote culturally competent practices in serving a diverse student population
