Position OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate, licensed School Psychologist to join our dedicated multidisciplinary educational team onsite. In this vital role, you will conduct psychological assessments, interpret diagnostic data, and collaborate with educators and parents to support the mental health, behavioral, and academic success of our K-12 students.
Key Responsibilities
Administer, score, and interpret comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for special education eligibility
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) and Section 504 meetings, presenting evaluation findings clearly to teams
Provide evidence-based individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and social-emotional support to students
Consult regularly with teachers, school administrators, and parents regarding behavioral intervention plans (BIPs)
Maintain accurate, confidential student records in compliance with state and federal special education regulations
Qualifications & Skills
Master's, Ed.S., or Ph.D. in School Psychology from an accredited program
Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain Oregon certification)
Direct experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and participating in IEP teams within a school setting
Strong knowledge of IDEA regulations, psychological test instruments, and multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS)
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
