Responsibilities ?
- Lead commercial real estate transactions from structuring through closing
- Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, loan documents and JV agreements
- Handle acquisitions, dispositions, development and real estate finance
- Work directly with sophisticated clients and experienced partners
- Gain exposure to tax, zoning, public-private partnerships and development matters
Requirements ?
- 4+ years Commercial Real Estate experience
- Strong lender and/or borrower-side transactional background
- Maryland Bar admission required
- Ability to independently manage sophisticated transactions
