Location/Schedule: West Palm Beach, FL – Five days per week in the office
Base Salary: Approximately $215,000, adjustable depending on experience

The Role:
- Handle complex employment litigation and counseling matters.
- Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery and substantive briefs.
- Conduct and defend depositions.
- Attend hearings, mediations and settlement conferences.
- Advise employers and employees on workplace disputes and risk.
- Handle executive compensation, restrictive-covenant and separation matters.
- Conduct workplace investigations and communicate directly with clients.
Core Requirements:
- Active Florida Bar admission or a prompt route to admission.
- At least six years of litigation experience.
- Strong employment litigation background.
- State and federal court experience.
- Experience with dispositive motions and discovery management.
- Strong research, writing and strategic-analysis skills.
- Ability to manage sophisticated matters independently.
- Willingness to work from the West Palm Beach office five days per week.
- Interest in using AI and emerging technology within legal practice.
Compensation and Benefits:
