Diverse Litigation Mix: Handle matters involving first-party property, general liability, premises liability, construction defect, automobile/trucking and catastrophic injury claims.
Hands-On Case Ownership: Manage cases through pleadings, written discovery, depositions, expert discovery, mediations, hearings and trial preparation.
Strong Florida Client Base: Work directly with insurance carriers, businesses, property owners and institutional clients on high-value and strategically important disputes.
Trial-Focused Environment: Gain meaningful exposure to court appearances, dispositive motions, settlement strategy and trial work, with support from experienced litigators.
Responsibilities ?
- Manage civil defense matters from inception through resolution
- Take and defend depositions
- Attend mediations, hearings and court conferences
- Develop litigation strategy and report directly to clients
Requirements ?
- 3+ years of insurance defense / civil litigation experience
- Experience across general liability, property, construction, premises, auto/trucking or casualty defense
- Florida Bar admission required
