Location/Schedule: Jacksonville, FL – Hybrid, three days per week in the office
Base Salary: Target of up to $250,000, plus bonus opportunities

The Role:
- Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from filing through verdict.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery and post-trial filings.
- Take and defend fact and expert-witness depositions.
- Attend hearings, mediations and settlement conferences.
- Retain and work directly with appropriate experts.
- Negotiate settlements and try cases before juries.
- Lead and provide direction to litigation support staff.
Core Requirements:
- Active Florida Bar admission.
- At least three years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.
- A minimum of two jury trials as first chair.
- Ability to manage a large and active litigation caseload.
- Strong courtroom presence and eagerness to try cases.
- Excellent writing, negotiation and analytical skills.
- Experience leading or coordinating with support staff is preferred.
