Your Role

Your Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle placements from initial discussions to closure.
• Become a trusted client partner, grasping their hiring objectives, challenges, and company culture.
• Strategically source candidates utilizing our proprietary CRM/ATS along with your own networks and resources such as our unique communication platform.
• Utilize our advanced platform for candidate management, outreach tracking, automated follow-ups, and seamless organization.
• Focus on long-term placements that yield significant value for clients and increased commissions for yourself.
• Engage in thought leadership as we promote our brand and yours.

Qualifications for Success

• 23+ years of experience in agency recruiting or consultative sales.
• A solid understanding of healthcare or a willingness to learn, as we are committed to training.
• Proficient in managing client relationships and successful in closing positions.
• Comfortable with ATS/CRM systems (training on our platform will be provided).
• An entrepreneurial spirit with the ambition to build something substantial.
