Lead Impactful Commercial Projects

Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of commercial construction projects. Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with stakeholders. Oversee project progress and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies as needed. Lead and mentor construction teams to ensure successful project execution. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and contractors to achieve project goals. Ensure all permits, licenses, and inspections are completed in a timely manner. Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

The successful Senior Project Manager should have strong experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
