Job Description As an IT Project Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting enterprise transformation initiatives within a large healthcare system. This position operates at a program-level scope, overseeing multiple IT workstreams while also stepping in to support individual projects as needed.

Unlike a traditional, siloed project manager, this role requires someone who can flex between high-level coordination and hands-on execution, especially in environments where individual workstreams may already have dedicated PMs in place.

Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a versatile, hands-on project manager with a strong foundation in healthcare IT who can confidently operate at both the program and project level. They are comfortable navigating ambiguity, stepping into gaps, and driving outcomes across a mix of technical and application-focused initiatives.

We are looking for someone on the West Coast that is comfortable working PST hours.

Pay Range for this role is $65 - 75/HR.
