Based out of DFW, TX or Raleigh, NC | Travel Role

We're working with a well-established national general contractor that runs a dedicated healthcare construction division, delivering hospital and medical facility projects across the country. This firm has built a reputation for tackling complex, mission-critical healthcare builds for major health systems, and its national accounts team travels to wherever the next project is.

As Senior Superintendent, you'll lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up hospital and medical facility projects nationwide. You'll be the point person on site for schedule, safety, and quality, managing subcontractors and coordinating closely with project executives to keep complex healthcare builds on track from mobilization through closeout.

What we're looking for:

• Proven track record as a Senior Superintendent on ground-up healthcare/hospital projects
• Comfort with a national travel schedule between assignments
• Strong subcontractor management and field leadership skills
• Ability to navigate the regulatory and infection-control complexity unique to active/adjacent healthcare environments

Compensation: up to $230K
