Concord Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Vice President of Operations - Luxury & Lifestyle, to lead our portfolio of hotels with a focus on performance excellence, associate engagement, and operational consistency. Reporting to the COO, this executive-level role will be responsible for overseeing a team of leaders, driving Concord's culture and ensuring operational success across multiple regions. Qualifications:

• Extensive multi-property leadership experience, preferably in full-service or upscale hotels.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop large operational teams.
• Financial acumen with the ability to interpret complex data and drive results.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate across all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated success in driving associate engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Skilled in managing capital planning, compliance, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Willingness to travel frequently to support hotel teams and operations.
