Start your career with a company that's been serving the food service industry for over 85 years. Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Route Sales Representative to join our Phoenix team. This is a hands-on route position supporting restaurants and commercial kitchens while managing your own customer route.

About the Role After paid training, you'll service customers along a set route, restock chemical products, perform preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashers, and build strong customer relationships using a company vehicle.

What You'll Get Average annual salary of $70,000-$75,000 in your first year, with a typical 45 hour workweek including hourly pay, overtime, commission, and on-call pay Consistent schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM4:00 PM On-call rotation: Roughly every 6 weeks Full benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), profit sharing, 7 paid holidays, 50+ hours of sick leave, and 2 weeks of accrued vacation days annually Company-provided resources: Vehicle during business hours, phone, tools, uniforms, and paid training Career progression: Auto-Chlor promotes growth from within, providing you with the tools you need to move up in the company
