HIRING: ServiceNow Technical Consultant – CSM & AI


Are you a ServiceNow Technical Consultant with strong experience in CSM and AI-driven ServiceNow solutions?


We’re looking for a consultant to help design, configure, integrate, and enhance ServiceNow solutions for a long-term enterprise engagement.


? What You’ll Work On

  • ServiceNow CSM implementations and enhancements
  • Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent & AI Search
  • Configure Flow Designer & Integration Hub
  • Build and support ServiceNow workflows and integrations
  • Develop solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and support existing ServiceNow environments
  • Collaborate with functional teams, architects, and business stakeholders
  • Support testing, documentation, deployments, and production issues


? What We’re Looking For

✅ Strong ServiceNow development / technical consulting experience

✅ Hands-on CSM experience

✅ Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities

✅ Flow Designer & Integration Hub

✅ ServiceNow integrations and APIs

✅ JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting

✅ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

✅ Ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders


✈️ Some travel may be required depending on client needs

? 8–12+ Month Contract | Possible Extension
