Ultimate Staffing - - Responsibilities: Perform routine hand soldering of thru-hole components; Assemble and rework PCBAs according to documentation and work instructions; Conduct basic visual inspection of solder joints to identify defects such as bridges and cold joints; Maintain accurate AEGIS and Shop Floor logs and follow production processes; Escalate issues to senior solderers or supervisors for troubleshooting
