The Superintendent - Healthcare will:
- Lead onsite construction operations for healthcare and hospital renovation projects.
- Manage schedules, site logistics, subcontractors, and safety programs.
- Coordinate project execution with owners, architects, engineers, and project teams.
- Ensure quality standards and project milestones are consistently met.
- Oversee projects valued at $25M+ from start through completion.
- Travel throughout Maine to support active project sites.
A successful Superintendent - Healthcare should have:
- 10-15+ years of construction superintendent experience.
- Proven healthcare or hospital renovation project experience.
- Track record leading large-scale projects valued at $25M or more.
- Strong leadership, scheduling, and team management skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout Maine.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
Upon offer, the Superintendent - Healthcare will receive:
- $130,000 - $150,000 USD base salary (Depending on experience)
