Supervisory Intelligence Specialist (Staff Management)

Duties

Serves as the primary ACIC liaison to Army and INSCOM Inspectors General, Army G2X, and senior leaders of INSCOM Major Subordinate Commands on compliance and oversight matters.

Designs and manages the annual command-wide inspection program, aligning inspection priorities with Commander's intent, emerging threats, and INSCOM and Army IG focus areas.

Forecasts resource, travel, and personnel requirements for the compliance and inspections program and defends them in the budget process.

Plans and restructures the organization of work within the office to achieve efficient operations within budget, staffing, and higher-level policy constraints.

Defines technical quality standards for all compliance and inspection products and issues internal instructions and procedures for work accomplishment.
