Surgical Services Director

Community hospital part of a system looking to bring on Surgical Services Director! Full Relocation!

Ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the unit/departments in addition to forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring. Supports a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives.

• Reports to COO
• 200+ bed facility/12 OR's
• Over 7 depts (7 departments – OR proper, PACU/recovery room, same day surgery unit (do not have surgery center, center within hospital), CSS, Infusion center (mostly outpatient), & GI.
• 120 staff members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree required
• Master's Degree Preferred
• Certified in Basic Life Support
• 2+ years recent Acute Care Director of Surgical Services experience Required
