Regional Field Performance Manager/ Agency Development Manager/Territory Manager

Location: Remote + 50% Travel

Overview:

Lead and support regional insurance agencies by coaching field leadership, improving operational performance, and driving key business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage agency performance through regular field engagement.
• Coach and develop General Agents, Assistant General Agents, and Field Agents.
• Drive production, client growth, applications, and IAR performance.
• Partner with regional leadership to execute business strategies.
• Improve agency operations, administration, and client service.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of life insurance operations/administration experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing teams and resolving client issues.
• Knowledge of insurance policies and field operations.
• FIC, FLMI, or CLU preferred.
