American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Medical/Surgical position specializing in intermediate respiratory care with night shifts and a KS or compact license requirement.

• Work on a 41-bed general med/surg unit with a focus on post-stroke patients
• Intermediate respiratory care setting in a hospital environment
• Night shift schedule from 19:00 to 07:30
• 13-week assignment
• Patient population includes general medical-surgical and post-stroke cases
• COVID-19 vaccination is not required
• Radius rule applies; local candidates are accepted at a reduced rate
• Only one application per candidate allowed system-wide for this health system

• Active KS or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year med/surg nursing experience
• Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Nursys license verification within 30 days prior to start
• NIH Stroke Scale certification preferred
• MOAB De-Escalation Training preferred
• Must provide a US Social Security Number and a US home address
